This retreat was a celebration in every sense of the word. I attended with my best friend to honor ten years of friendship and what unfolded over those six days in Costa Rica was something truly special. The retreat was centered around learning about Human Design, and by pure alignment, the group ended up being entirely women! That alone created an incredibly intimate, supportive and safe space where connection came easily and conversations felt honest and deep. It felt less like a retreat with strangers and more like a circle of women who were meant to find each other at that exact moment. Each day offered opportunities to connect- with ourselves, with each other and with the natural beauty surrounding us. A highlight was a breathtaking (sometimes literally 😅) waterfall hike that reminded us to slow down, be present and take it all in. And then there were the lighter joy-filled moments, my favorite being white wine and French fries on the beach, playing music and dancing barefoot on the beach. What made this experience unforgettable was the balance between growth and joy. We learned, reflected, shared and celebrated together. It was six days of true camaraderie, deep connection and meaningful friendships. I left feeling recharged, inspired and just so grateful. If you are looking for a retreat that blends self-discovery, connection and pure joy, this experience was nothing short of magical!

I have been a student of Bex during big life transitions, choosing to have her instrumentally guiding me through these periods. The first time is best... After almost three years of waiting, I couldn't wait to embark on the retreat experience with my coach and spiritual advisor, Bex. It was just great and helped me a lot on my own path. Working physically along the chakras and connecting it with the spiritual experiences made so far was an unforgettable experience, mainly because of the perfectly prepared and conducted workshop. And that on one of the most beautiful beaches in Goa in Pollem in a well-run resort (Bamboo Yoga). Bex is characterized by her decades of experience, her wonderful bodywork, her empathy for the group as a whole and for each individual. The individuals became a temporary family - with lots of love and harmony! Unforgettable and excitingly beautiful!
